• How are my entries determined for the Top Seller Sweepstakes?
  • You will get one (1) entry for every $500 in GMV driven to participating retailers using Collective Voice affiliate links from 8 am CT 5/17/24 to 10:59 pm CT 5/27/24.
  • The sweepstakes ends 10:59 pm CT on 5/27/24 and the final number of entries is determined from 60 days after the sweepstakes end date to allow for order returns, cancellations, or reversals. 
• How will you track my Top Seller Sweepstakes entries?

  For the Top Seller Sweepstakes, we’ll track your gross sales generated from any Collective Voice affiliate links from participating retailers. Every $500 in gross sales generated will earn you 1 Top Seller Sweepstakes entry, which will be updated in real time.

• How do I find participating retailers’ CPA rates?

  Log into your account and navigate to the “latest” news section of your homepage to view participating retailers’ with our highest rates of the summer for Collective Voice members! 

• Can I still earn high commission from participating retailers even if I don’t hit $500 in GMV?

  Yes! Any Collective Voice member can use our affiliate links and drive to our participating retailers to earn the high commission rates from 8 am CT 5/17/24 to 10:59 pm CT 5/27/24.

• How do I enter the Top Trendsetter Sweepstakes?
  • Have or sign up for a TikTok account
  • Connect or reconnect your TikTok account in your Collective Voice Account to ensure we can track your entries

• How will you track my entries for the Top Trendsetter Sweepstakes?

  For the Top Trendsetter Sweepstakes, we’ll track any connected TikTok account’s videos with both #SummerPOVwithCV and @CollectiveVoiceHQ tagged in the captions. Every posted video will earn you 1 Top Trendsetter Sweepstakes entry, which will be updated once a day and can be refreshed immediately for tracking purposes.

• Do I need to connect my TikTok account to my Collective Voice profile to enter the Top Trendsetter Sweepstakes?

  Yes. Please keep in mind that our system can only track Connected TikTok profiles. This means you will need to authenticate your TikTok account to connect it to your Collective Voice account, so our system can accurately and securely detect Collective Voice users’ social media profiles. If you see “Connect to TikTok” on your dashboard, that means you have not connected your TikTok to your Collective Voice account yet. Please click the button to continue with the authentication process.

  If you’ve connected your TikTok account to Collective Voice prior to the Sweepstakes, please reconnect to ensure your entries are tracked.

• How do I connect my Collective Voice account to TikTok?
  • Log in and go to Account Setting on your dashboard
  • Under your profile, click “Social Channels,” and click the “TikTok” icon to authenticate your profile
  • OR, log in to your Collective Voice account and connect via the Sweepstakes dashboard button
• How can I view my entries?
  • You will be able to track your Sweeps entry counts when you visit your Collective Voice dashboard or app (on the Homepage). 
  • Top Seller data is always current and will be reflected in real time whenever you visit your dashboard.
  • Top Trendsetter data is updated in real time or whenever you click the refresh button.
• What if I don’t see the Sweepstakes on my app?
  • Update your app to the latest version see the sweepstakes entries
  • If you are a sub-user on the Android app, you will not see the sweepstakes. It is only available to the admin.
• Can I participate in both sweepstakes?

  Yes you can!

• When will the winners be selected?
  • The Top Trendsetter winner will be selected at random around July 31, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. CST 
  • The Top Seller winner will be selected at random on or around June 11, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. CT
• How will the winners get paid?

  The winners will get paid through their Collective Voice Account.
